A Healthcare Regulatory/Advisory Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a leading Top 50 law firm based in Leeds. The Regulatory Department offers a broad range of expert advice to health and social care clients across a wide range of issues, including inquests, litigation, mental health laws, public law, governance, and patient safety investigations.

Job Responsibility:

Providing expert advice to health and social care clients on inquests, litigation, Mental Health and Mental Capacity law, public law, governance and patient safety investigations, healthcare regulation, confidentiality, and information law

Requirements:

  • Solid track record undertaking Healthcare Regulatory or Inquests work
