Job Description:

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly respected group advising across a broad range of health, social care, and education matters. The role is varied and engaging, involving both contentious and non-contentious work.

Job Responsibility:

Advocacy at inquests, Court of Protection hearings, and Tribunals
Managing your own diverse caseload of advisory and litigation matters
Contributing to business development and client relationship growth

Requirements:

A solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE, ideally with a background in healthcare regulatory law and advocacy experience
