Job Responsibility

Advise clients across the health, social care, and education sectors on a broad range of regulatory issues, both contentious and non-contentious
Manage a varied caseload that includes advocacy at inquests, Court of Protection hearings, and Tribunals
Advisory work on complex regulatory matters
Get involved in strategic business development initiatives
Supervise Solicitors within the team

Comfortable with both contentious & advisory matters
Strong advocate (inquest or Court of Protection experience would be a bonus)

Job Responsibility

Handle a rich mix of Court of Protection, inquests, mental health law, CQC/HSE matters, safeguarding, and regulatory litigation
