Job Responsibility

  • Candidate Generation: Search job boards for suitable CVs, Headhunting, asking for recommendations and referrals, utilising database and search tools
  • Using social media and search engines such as LinkedIn to find candidates and job leads
  • Conducting thorough telephone/skype interviews and screening candidates
  • Selecting suitable candidates to shortlist from CVs
  • Adding Candidates onto the database and undertaking general administration
  • Closing down/opening up job files on the CRM/database
  • Answering switchboard
  • Making a high volume of outbound calls to generate candidates and fill jobs
  • Building lasting relationships with clients
  • Managing the candidate process from initial conversation to offer acceptance
  • Working to daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
