• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for corporate and engineering positions
• Utilize applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms to streamline hiring processes and maintain candidate records
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future openings
• Ensure compliance with all hiring regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process
• Leverage recruitment tools such as Paradox to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement
• Conduct market research on industry trends to stay ahead in talent acquisition strategies
• Foster strong relationships with candidates to create a positive recruitment experience
• Participate in skilled nursing recruitment efforts as needed

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting across corporate and engineering roles
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools like Paradox
• Strong ability to source and engage candidates through various platforms and networks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring teams and candidates
• Knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices in recruitment
• Familiarity with skilled nursing recruitment is a plus
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
• Demonstrated success in building talent pipelines and managing multiple roles simultaneously
