We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team in a long-term, fully remote capacity. In this role, you will manage high-volume recruiting for healthcare positions across nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, and allied health disciplines, ensuring a seamless end-to-end hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers, build strong candidate pipelines, and deliver top talent under tight deadlines while maintaining compliance with HR policies and regulatory standards.
Job Responsibility:
Manage high-volume recruiting for healthcare positions across nursing, pharmacy, laboratory, and allied health disciplines
Handle full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding, and start coordination
Maintain a strong and active candidate pipeline to support urgent and ongoing hiring needs
Partner closely with hiring managers to streamline recruiting processes and improve speed-to-fill
Source active and passive candidates using job boards, professional networks, referrals, and other recruiting tools
Deliver high-quality candidates under tight deadlines while managing multiple open requisitions
Utilize VMS systems to track requisitions, submissions, onboarding, and candidate compliance
Ensure recruiting practices comply with HR policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards
Support a positive hiring experience by ensuring interview readiness and efficient interview coordination
Participate in job fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives as needed
Build and maintain strong professional relationships to ensure access to top healthcare talent
Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Minimum of 5–7 years of corporate or agency recruiting experience in healthcare or related fields
Proven experience in high-volume recruiting and handling multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in sourcing methods, including job boards, professional networks, and industry-specific channels
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality when managing sensitive information
Proficiency with computer tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and ATS platforms (e.g., Workable or similar systems)
Ability to adapt, learn, and grow within the recruitment industry
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to partner effectively with hiring managers
