This role will identify, source, evaluate, and onboard qualified providers while maintaining strong partnership with compliance, credentialing, and corporate departments. Working closely with the HR team to help hire various medical positions.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and source targeted healthcare professionals using multiple recruitment channels
Review resumes and phone screen candidates to assess qualifications and fit
Present opportunities clearly with compensation, benefits, and role specifics
Create and optimize job descriptions for postings on career sites and recruitment platforms
Search internal and external candidate databases and networks
Design proactive hiring campaigns and follow-up outreach strategies
Attend healthcare career events, conferences, and association forums
Assist in developing recruitment marketing materials
Maintain tracking database for requisitions, interviews, offers, and outcomes
Stay current on regional/national physician hiring trends
Support onboarding tasks, credentialing coordination, and compliance requirements
Liaise with internal departments (IT, Compliance, Finance, Credentialing, etc.) to ensure a smooth transition
Perform additional recruitment-related duties as needed
Requirements:
1–4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (healthcare strongly preferred)
MediClear or equivalent HIPAA certificate
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Must be persuasive, persistent, and adaptable
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and MS Office/Google Suite
