Job Responsibility:
Recruit, screen, and hire qualified healthcare professionals across assigned territories
Build and maintain a high-volume candidate pipeline under tight timelines
Utilize job boards, social media, referrals, and outbound sourcing to attract talent
Conduct full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and placement
Maintain consistent communication with prospective clinicians
Collaborate with internal teams to meet staffing needs and support field operations
Requirements:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to quickly build rapport over the phone
High sense of urgency with strong organizational and multitasking ability
Driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working with diverse populations
MediClear Certification or equivalent HIPAA certification REQUIRED
