Job Responsibility:
Lead existing business operations while creating a compelling long-term strategy and actionable plan for ambitious growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective Provider clients
Apply visionary industry knowledge, market insights, and understanding of regulatory trends to inform strategy and create opportunities for engagement
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Executives responsible for client relationships, growth, operations, and administration across the portfolio
Provide executive-level coaching and support to ensure excellence in strategic direction, P&L performance, team effectiveness, and client satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and C-level client executives, expanding executive networks within client organizations
Guide teams in preparing large-scale proposals and program plans, shaping differentiators, articulating clear value propositions, and presenting compelling solutions to clients
Oversee engagement planning, budgeting, resource allocation, deliverable definition, and overall program positioning for success
Steer financial performance across accounts, ensuring P&L accountability and operational efficiency
Drive the achievement of revenue, growth, and operational goals while upholding excellent client experience and delivery quality
Foster a culture of high morale, collaboration, and performance across the team
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in client service roles within the Healthcare Provider sector, including development of complex operational, strategic account plans, and deep relationships within the sector
10+ years of leadership experience involving sales, relationship management, and account management and growth responsibilities within the Provider space
10+ years information technology services / advisory consulting experience managing large, multi-location consulting client engagement teams
5+ years of experience in budgeting, P&L ownership, and operational performance management
Bachelor’s degree OR 15 years of relevant work experience
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
