Job Description

NTT DATA is seeking a Healthcare Provider Industry Solutions Managing Director to lead strategic initiatives within our Healthcare Provider segment. This highly visible role will act as a trusted advisor and innovation catalyst, leveraging our extensive healthcare experience and technology capabilities to drive transformation for our clients. You will work closely with client executives, account teams, and the Client Growth Office to shape industry-leading solutions, support sales pursuits, and position NTT DATA as a thought leader in the healthcare space.

Job Responsibility

  • Solution & Offering Development: Translate market trends into actionable and differentiated solution offerings
  • Align NTT DATA and partner capabilities to deliver high-value solutions for healthcare providers
  • Client Engagement: Support sales teams, focusing on C-suite engagement and strategic conversations
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies and act as a subject matter expert in client discussions
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Represent NTT DATA in the healthcare market through publications, speaking engagements, and industry forums
  • Develop thought leadership content that highlights innovation and industry insights
  • Solution Delivery & Method Integration: Define and integrate delivery approaches across Applications, BPO, Consulting, Digital, and Infrastructure
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and delivery teams to ensure cohesive solution execution
  • Partner & Analyst Management: Manage key relationships with industry partners and analysts
  • Oversee product lifecycle alignment and ensure solutions meet evolving market demands

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Information Technology/Consulting overall experience with a focus on digital transformation
  • 8+ years in a technology portfolio solutions leadership role with proven ability to design and deliver solutions in complex, cross-functional healthcare environments
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital transformation, AI, and emerging technologies
  • Innovation Mindset: Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to align R&D investments to future-focused offerings
  • 7+ years of healthcare provider solutions or products leadership experience to include go-to-market offerings and portfolio focused on addressing value add offerings targeting client outcomes
  • Strategic Execution: Experience building transformation roadmaps and delivering integrated, multi-service solutions
  • Industry Presence: Active participation in industry events, thought leadership, and analyst and partner/alliance engagement
