Job Responsibility:
Create the Delivery plan, strategy, Network & approach of health care projects
Work closely with customer business teams, technical teams, Vodafone teams & vendor to follow up on delivery plan of healthcare projects
Work with customer, Vodafone teams, vendor to Translate business requirements to technical design and evaluate it with vendors
safeguards or protects the project by verifying functionality, accuracy and completeness of the new requirements/Change requests against the original initiating Scope
Monitor project operation and handle customer escalation 24/7
Extract Timelines - extract project Timelines from vendors, as well as other project stakeholders
Anticipate Risks - anticipate Risks that may be happen in the future or that have not yet been considered by business stakeholders and how it could be mitigated
Constrain requirements - focus on core business needs, and not users’ personal preferences, functions related to trends
Requirements:
B.Sc. in communication/computer engineering
IT cross function experience including reporting and process management
Moderate understanding of healthcare digitalization and its IT applications
