Job Responsibility
Coordinate vendor teams in technical support and operations
Oversee multiple project implementations and ensure vendor compliance with project requirements
Provide technical guidance and problem resolution for database and operating system issues
Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues
Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3 - 5 years of experience in technical support
Strong expertise in database administration and operating systems
Proven experience in vendor management and coordination
Excellence in problem-solving and troubleshooting complex technical issues
Strong project management and communication skills.
