Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to oversee and coordinate vendor teams across support and operational functions.This role is crucial to ensure successful project delivery and maintain high service quality standards.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate vendor teams in technical support and operations
  • Oversee multiple project implementations and ensure vendor compliance with project requirements
  • Provide technical guidance and problem resolution for database and operating system issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance
  • Conduct technical reviews and quality assessments of vendor deliverables.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in technical support
  • Strong expertise in database administration and operating systems
  • Proven experience in vendor management and coordination
  • Excellence in problem-solving and troubleshooting complex technical issues
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
