This role focuses on delivering excellent service through phone support, front‑office coordination, and accurate administrative work. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent credential required
Previous experience in an outpatient or clinical office setting is a plus
Background in fast‑paced, customer‑focused environments strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients and staff
Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and follow‑through
Comfortable typing and working across multiple office and scheduling systems
Able to use standard office machines and technology without issue
Familiarity with common medical terms and documentation
Hands‑on experience with electronic medical records or practice management platforms
Proven ability to manage heavy call volumes using multi‑line phone systems
