Job Description:

You’ll deliver first class care to those in the community who might otherwise never visit a Boots store. You’ll be part of a unique service that prioritises the patient behind the parcel.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide outstanding customer care by delivering and collecting medicines from Care Homes, patients at home, GP surgeries and other Boots stores within an allocated route time
  • Ensure timely and accurate deliveries whilst following safety protocols
  • Build great relationships with store teams, care homes and GP surgeries
  • Follow standards, operating policies and health and safety procedures
  • Drive safely and legally
  • Keep vehicle maintained and clean, reporting any damage or issues
  • Feedback relevant customer comments and concerns and make suggestions on how the operation can be improved
  • Be a proud ambassador for Boots Healthcare Logistics

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year’s driving experience
  • Able to read and interpret delivery routes and instructions
  • Enjoy following process and working at pace to achieve service levels and targets
  • Physical stamina and capability to work in a manually demanding role with heavy lifting
