Job Responsibility

Provide outstanding customer care by delivering and collecting medicines from Care Homes, patients at home, GP surgeries and other Boots stores within an allocated route time
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries whilst following safety protocols
Build great relationships with store teams, care homes and GP surgeries
Follow standards, operating policies and health and safety procedures
Drive safely and legally
Keep vehicle maintained and clean, reporting any damage or issues
Feedback relevant customer comments and concerns and make suggestions on how the operation can be improved
