Job Description:

A leading Am Law 100 international law firm is seeking a litigation associate to join its Healthcare practice in Chicago or Denver. The firm represents Fortune 500 companies in complex litigation, regulatory, and government-facing matter. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of complex healthcare-related disputes, including civil litigation, class actions, commercial disputes, and arbitrations with well-regarded partners in a national practice.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle all phases of litigation, including written discovery, depositions, and motion practice
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other case-related materials
  • Support case strategy development for complex healthcare and commercial disputes
  • Collaborate with partners and clients on high-stakes litigation and regulatory matters
  • Manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years of litigation experience with interest in or exposure to healthcare litigation
  • prior healthcare experience is a plus but not required
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility for admission
