We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Litigation Associate to join our team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will represent healthcare organizations in a variety of legal matters, including malpractice, liability, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Job Responsibility:
Represent healthcare clients in litigation matters such as medical malpractice, corporate negligence, and general liability cases
Advise clients on compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
Handle contractual and employment-related legal issues for healthcare organizations
Conduct depositions, draft motions, and perform other litigation-related tasks
Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality legal services in a team-oriented environment
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
Work onsite five days a week, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays after the initial ramp-up period
Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations to provide accurate legal counsel
Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clarity and alignment
Contribute to a positive workplace culture by sharing knowledge and supporting team goals
Requirements:
Active Pennsylvania license required
New Jersey license is a plus
At least 3-5 years of experience in healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, or general liability
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex legal problems
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
Motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and ask questions
Demonstrated ability to give and receive constructive feedback with attention to detail
Nice to have:
New Jersey license is a plus
