Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Litigation Associate to join our team in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will represent healthcare organizations in a variety of legal matters, including malpractice, liability, and compliance with state and federal regulations. This position offers a collaborative and intellectually stimulating work environment that supports growth and values teamwork.

Job Responsibility

  • Represent healthcare clients in litigation matters such as medical malpractice, corporate negligence, and general liability cases
  • Advise clients on compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
  • Handle contractual and employment-related legal issues for healthcare organizations
  • Conduct depositions, draft motions, and perform other litigation-related tasks
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality legal services in a team-oriented environment
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Work onsite five days a week, with flexibility to work remotely on Fridays after the initial ramp-up period
  • Stay informed about changes in healthcare laws and regulations to provide accurate legal counsel
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure clarity and alignment
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture by sharing knowledge and supporting team goals

Requirements

  • Active Pennsylvania license required
  • New Jersey license is a plus
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in healthcare litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, or general liability
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex legal problems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and ask questions
  • Demonstrated ability to give and receive constructive feedback with attention to detail
