Job Responsibility

  • Represent health care providers and suppliers in litigation matters
  • Draft legal briefs, motions, and discovery documents
  • Conduct depositions, internal investigations, and manage e-discovery
  • Analyze complex regulatory and compliance issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues across multiple health law specialties
  • Provide practical, strategic legal advice to clients

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice in California
  • Located in or near Los Angeles, San Francisco, or San Diego
  • 2–6 years of litigation experience, preferably including brief writing and motion practice
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated interest in health law and regulatory frameworks
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment
