Job Description

A Solomon Page is partnering with a prestigious law firm in Los Angeles to identify an experienced Healthcare Attorney for a contract engagement. We are seeking an attorney with strong healthcare regulatory experience to review and revalidate existing 50-state surveys covering state anti-kickback and self-referral laws. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented healthcare attorney with deep legal research experience and knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse regulations.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and revalidate existing 50-state surveys addressing state compliance laws
  • Conduct nationwide statutory and regulatory research to identify legal changes
  • Analyze healthcare regulatory requirements and provide clear, well-supported legal conclusions
  • Provide accurate citations and supporting authority for all research findings
  • Communicate proactively regarding project status, including daily progress updates
  • Escalate research challenges, legal ambiguities, and issues requiring guidance in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of healthcare regulatory legal experience
  • Knowledge of healthcare fraud and abuse laws
  • Demonstrated experience conducting state-by-state legal research
  • Advanced proficiency with Westlaw and/or LexisNexis
  • Excellent legal research, analytical, and writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and communicate effectively in a remote work environment
  • Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
