Job Description:

Join the team at Badby Park in Daventry as a Healthcare Assistant. You will work as part of a supportive and friendly team in a culture built on kindness and teamwork, caring for people with Neurological conditions, acquired brain and spinal cord injuries, delivering person-centred care. The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends.

Job Responsibility:

provide care to people with Neurological conditions
ward rounds
analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly
updating patient records
providing overall care and support
assisting with personal hygiene

Requirements:

naturally caring experienced Healthcare Assistant in the UK
positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance
