Job Description

Do you want an opportunity to 'give back' to the local community using your excellent face to face customer service and Healthcare Assistant skills? We are currently recruiting for a Healthcare Assistant to join our Community Diagnostics Centre (CDC) in the heart of Oxfordshire. This is a permanent, full-time position.

Requirements

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a safe, supportive environment independently
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient, confidential, and patient-centered care at Oxford CDC
  • Maintain and update clinical competencies and/or Care Certificate as required
  • Be empathetic and take pride in your work
  • Be an excellent team player as well as effectively work autonomously
  • Be an excellent communicator both written and verbally
  • Have patience when dealing with members of the public
  • Be IT literate
  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrate understanding of confidentiality
  • Be reliable, professional and a real asset to the team through continuous drive and improvement
