You will join an inclusive and supportive team that works well together to provide care to people who have Learning Disabilities, Autism and sensory and communication differences, using your knowledge and skills to support and encourage individuals to lead a full and valued and meaningful life to them, enabling them to live more independently through a programme of active community engagement, developing social networks and coping strategies.

Job Responsibility:

Support individuals with activities of daily living
Support activities within the home and community
Complete service user records
Provide overall care and support
Assist with personal care
Take part in transitional work which may require an overnight stay
