Job Description:

We are currently recruiting an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our agency team, supporting individuals with neurological conditions, acquired brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and complex care needs across a range of specialist inpatient settings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work flexibly while making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting individuals with complex health needs, including neurological rehabilitation (physical and cognitive support)
long-term complex care and specialist nursing support
supporting patients with sensory impairments and disorders of consciousness
respite care and short breaks support
palliative and end-of-life care support

Requirements:

Minimum 6–12 months UK experience in a Support Worker or HCA role
Compassionate, patient, and empathetic approach to care
Ability to follow care plans and clinical instructions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including days and nights
