Job Description:

We are currently looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join a care home based in the Reading area. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centered care in a supportive and professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting residents with daily care tasks and routines
  • Assisting with meals, mobility, and companionship
  • Promoting dignity and independence in all aspects of care
  • Following individual care plans and reporting any concerns appropriately

Requirements:

  • Must have full-time Right to Work in the UK
  • A valid UK driving license is preferred
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (if external)
  • Prior care experience is highly desirable
  • Mandatory training is required – we can provide both online and practical training if needed
