Job Description:

Communicare is looking for empathetic, patient and dependable home carers who have a genuine passion for helping people and a commitment to providing high-quality care. We have established ourselves as a key national provider of complex paediatric homecare services while also providing exceptional and individualised homecare to older people and those with disabilities.

Job Responsibility:

Support our clients in daily tasks such as personal care, light housekeeping, food preparation
Provide companionship and support with social activities
Work to promote the health and well-being of clients through supports such as medication prompting

Requirements:

FETAC/QQI Level 5 - Minimum of two modules completed
Two written references
CPR & Patient Moving and Handling Certificates
Driving license and access to a car is a necessity for this specific role
Must be eligible to work in Ireland at the time of applying
