Job Description:

Join the team at Ty Grosvenor in Wrexham as a Healthcare Assistant. You will work in a supportive and friendly team in a culture built on kindness and teamwork, providing care for men with personality disorders and mental illness in an established and well-run service. The shift pattern is 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends.

Job Responsibility:

Provide care to men with personality disorders and mental illness conditions
Help people along their recover pathway
Ward rounds
Analysing behaviours and adapting care accordingly
Updating patient records
Providing overall care and support
Assisting with personal hygiene
