Job Description

We are on the hunt in Plymouth for our next amazing Care Assistants! Our Care teams are the superheroes of the business, supporting our residents and providing peace of mind to families that their loved ones are in the best of care. But what is important to know, is that you do not need to have had previous experience in this field, nor do you need qualifications – we are happy to work with you to help you become our next superhero care worker.

Job Responsibility

  • Support with personal care needs
  • Help residents take part in wide range of special interests and activities supporting health and wellbeing such as arts and crafts, watching the footie, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips and social occasions

Requirements

  • No previous experience or qualifications needed
  • Demonstrating values of Humility, Accountability, Achievement, Passion, Integrity
  • Enhanced DBS check in relation to Children and Adults
