Healthcare Advisory and Inquest Solicitor

• Undertaking a wide range of advisory work for the NHS and other public/private organisations
• Advising clients on a wide range of issues including inquest, public inquiries, best interests applications, claims for judicial review, mental health law, patient care issues, and clinical and corporate governance matters

• Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales
• Previous Healthcare Inquest experience, including advocacy
• Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team – excellent organisation and attention to detail
• COP/ Litigation skills would also be desirable
