Job Description:

Corporate Tools is hiring a Health & Wellness Coach. This is a full time, 40 hour a week position with company benefits. We need someone local to our Post Falls, ID or Spokane, WA Location. We are building a holistic, employee-first wellness program focused on long-term health, not aesthetics or performance. The Health & Wellness Coach helps employees turn clinical and mental health guidance into sustainable daily habits. This role partners closely with our in-house mental health therapists and chiropractor to support healthier lifestyles through movement, routine, accountability, and practical guidance. This is a non-clinical, non-medical role. The focus is habit-building, consistency, and helping employees feel better over time and not training, dieting, or body transformation.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work one-on-one with employees to support sustainable lifestyle changes
  • Help employees implement guidance provided by doctors, therapists, or chiropractors
  • Create simple, approachable plans for: stretching and mobility, re-introducing movement or gym routines, sleep, hydration, and daily habits, basic diet structure only when aligned with medical guidance
  • Partner with mental health therapists on stress, motivation, burnout, and routine-building
  • Partner with the chiropractor on mobility, posture, and injury-aware movement
  • Encourage accountability and consistency without pressure or judgment
  • Meet employees where they are—physically, mentally, and emotionally
  • Maintain clear professional boundaries and respect employee privacy

Requirements:

  • Experience in health coaching, wellness coaching, or corporate wellness programs
  • Certification in health coaching or related field (e.g., NBHWC, ACE Health Coach, similar)
  • Strong understanding of habit formation and lifestyle change
  • Experience collaborating with healthcare or mental health professionals preferred
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred
What we offer:
  • 100% employer-paid medical, dental and vision for employees
  • Annual review with raise option
  • 22 days Paid Time Off accrued annually, and 4 holidays
  • After 3 years, PTO increases to 29 days. Employees transition to flexible time off after 5 years with the company—not accrued, not capped, take time off when you want
  • Paid Parental Leave
  • Up to 6% company matching 401(k) with no vesting period
  • Quarterly allowance
  • Open concept office with friendly coworkers
  • Creative environment where you can make a difference
