You'll serve as both Personify Health platform expert and trusted wellbeing partner, designing annual health programming aligned with client strategic goals while engaging diverse employee populations through creative, localized initiatives. Your ability to leverage community partnerships, navigate cultural nuances, and build Wellness Champion Networks directly determines whether employees see wellbeing as corporate initiative or personal opportunity.

  • Support health promotion events: Implement health promotion programs including health screenings, flu shots, and open enrollment events
  • Monitor and optimize programs: Evaluate program measurements and participant feedback to drive continuous quality improvement initiatives and achieve engagement goals
  • Conduct data analysis: Perform regular data assessment and reporting to internal and external stakeholders to define opportunities, track impact, and determine next steps
