Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for overall co-worker’s occupational health and safety for Store-level
  • Implement IKEA Korea SHW concept, process development and communication with Country SHW Specialist
  • Analysis workplace incident and report to global IKEA and Labor office
  • Communicate workplace incident case with solution to prevent incident recurrence
  • Conduct various activities for workplace incident prevention to be safe workplace
  • Lead Store Safety and Health Committee (SHC) meeting
  • Lead store-wide/functional safety training plans to secure co-worker’s readiness and manager’s competence in the area of co-worker safety
  • Manage co-worker well-being program and healthcare program with external medical service
  • Co-ordinate Annual medical check-up for all co-worker and special check-up for newcomer for store
  • Counselling for compensation & leave after work incident/personal disease for store-level

  • National Safety professional certifications as appropriate, such as Industrial Safety Certificate, Environmental Regulations Certificate, Electrical Engineering Certificate or other related certificates
  • Prefer Business Level English
  • This position is a 40-hour-per-week role, working 5 days a week including weekends and public holidays
