Someone who sees wellbeing not as a program, but as an integral part of our culture. As Health & Wellbeing Manager, you will be the driving force behind our wellbeing strategy. You will design and implement initiatives that support the health, vitality, and engagement of our co-workers. Working closely with People & Culture, leadership teams, and external partners, you will help create a workplace where people can truly thrive.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement an integrated Health & Wellbeing strategy for co-workers
  • Initiate programs focused on mental health, vitality, prevention, and sustainable employability
  • Advise management on wellbeing, absence prevention, and building a healthy work culture
  • Analyze data such as absenteeism, engagement, and employee satisfaction, translating insights into actionable initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners such as occupational health services and health professionals
  • Create campaigns and initiatives that inspire co-workers to actively engage with their health and wellbeing
  • Leading and managing the health & wellbeing team, securing competent and high performing co-workers
  • Motivate and develop the Team to enable them to offer pro-active and accurate service

Requirements:

  • Great leadership skills

  • At least 5 years of experience in wellbeing, People & Culture, vitality, or organizational development
