Design, execute, and continuously improve comprehensive health and wellbeing strategies and programs, utilising project management skills and subject matter expertise
Monitor, evaluate, and report on program performance and participant feedback, driving continuous quality improvement and supporting business reviews with actionable insights
Track client health using Salesforce and lead regular data assessment and reporting to stakeholders
Act as a trusted advisor and the face of wellbeing for designated clients internationally, guiding members to resources, customising engagement initiatives, and delivering platform demos to drive enrollment
Build and support a culture of health by partnering with client leadership, internal groups, and vendor partners to identify opportunities and drive utilisation of health, benefits, and wellbeing programs
Confidently work with global populations, adapting programs to meet diverse cultural needs and collaborating to share best practices
Lead or participate in special projects as assigned, including initiatives to identify, document, and disseminate global best practices, uncover global insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client and account success
