Wilmar Sugar & Renewables is looking for a Health & Wellbeing Advisor to join our team and make a real impact across our North Queensland operations. You’ll be working with great people, meaningful cases, and an organisation that values your ideas, your voice, and your passion for supporting others.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting employees through injury management and return-to-work plans
  • Working closely with leaders, treating practitioners, and teams to guide safe, sustainable return-to work outcomes
  • Joining incident investigation teams to help understand causes and how we can keep improving
  • Getting involved in health and wellbeing initiatives that build resilience and support a great workplace culture
  • Keeping clear, accurate case notes that help us stay organised and consistent
  • Helping embed learnings, improvements, and positive change across our sites

Requirements:

  • A background in allied health (Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, Paramedics) or experience as a Return-to-Work Coordinator
  • An accredited (or eligible) Return-to-Work Coordinator qualification
  • Experience in case management or injury management
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (experience with SAP or SharePoint is a bonus)
