Job Description:

CHI LakeWood Health is excited to hire a CNA to work as a Health Unit Coordinator Telemetry. No telemetry experience? No worries! We will provide telemetry training! This position will be an essential role to assist our Registered Nurses by answering calls, ER registration, bathing, feeding, and monitoring telemetry monitors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Answering calls
  • ER registration
  • Bathing
  • Feeding
  • Monitoring telemetry monitors
  • Providing urgent or emergent patient care interventions as needed on the patient care unit
  • Monitoring the telemetry monitor during the shift
  • Assists in registering patients during the evening hours

Requirements:

  • Minnesota CNA
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality
  • Must be willing to train in Telemetry

Nice to have:

  • BLS
  • Two to three years of recent acute care work experience
