Provide IT project and program management for technical and task force teams in developing and executing project charters and meeting deliverables schedules based on business and financial analysis
Facilitate meetings on behalf of the project/program sponsor and business teams to include coordinating and issuing project agendas, capturing and generating meeting summaries and action logs
