Join Elsevier’s Clinical Solutions sales team as a Health System Account Manager, where you will be responsible for managing healthcare accounts, driving retention, and identifying expansion opportunities for innovative SaaS solutions across hospitals and healthcare systems.

  • work closely with Sales Executives and Customer Success to drive results
  • share market feedback and help shape product improvements

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in healthcare sales or account management
  • strong presentation and communication skills
  • proficiency in Salesforce CRM
  • analytical skills to assess product usage
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA is a plus
  • experience with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Challenger is desirable
  • ability to travel overnight, generally up to 30% of the time
