Job Description

We are currently seeking a Health, Safety & Quality Co-ordinator to manage and oversee the site’s Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality systems. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and recognised standards, while supporting a positive safety and compliance culture across the plant.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing and maintaining local Health & Safety policies, procedures, and documentation, promoting best practice and continuous improvement
  • Supporting and maintaining local Environmental policies in line with ISO 14001 requirements
  • Managing the internal Health & Safety audit schedule and reporting findings regularly to the General Manager
  • Attending and contributing to local Health & Safety and Works Council review meetings
  • Producing, maintaining, and updating the Master Contractors List
  • Monitoring, recording, and investigating accidents and reported near misses
  • Supporting compliance with quality standards and site procedures
  • Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required to support operational and compliance needs
