Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of multiple office sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environments. You'll manage the admin and reception teams, handle supplier contracts, oversee building maintenance, and ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on people, operations, and service delivery.

Job Responsibility

  • Monitor facilities budgets and supplier contracts
  • Lead office moves and refurbishments

  • Maintain office equipment, supplies, and IT/telecoms inventory
