Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of multiple office sites, ensuring safe, efficient, and well-maintained work environments. You'll manage the admin and reception teams, handle supplier contracts, oversee building maintenance, and ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on people, operations, and service delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Line manage administration and reception teams across sites
  • Oversee office procedures, team meetings, and performance monitoring
  • Manage maintenance, repairs, security, and cleaning services
  • Monitor facilities budgets and supplier contracts
  • Lead office moves and refurbishments
  • Ensure compliance with H&S legislation, risk assessments, and training
  • Conduct safety audits, drills, and staff inductions
  • Monitor safeguarding/incident data and report trends
  • Maintain office equipment, supplies, and IT/telecoms inventory
  • Provide occasional out-of-hours on-call support for site security
