Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for ensuring that workplaces adhere to local and IKEA standards
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify any deviations and recommend corrective actions
  • Identify potential hazards, analyze workplace processes, equipment and procedures to pinpoint potential risks and develop strategies to eliminate or minimize them
  • Develop emergency procedures that outline the steps to be taken in various situations that everyone knows how to respond to emergencies
  • Provide the training to co-workers on safety procedures, equipment operation and emergency response
  • Support the investigation of incidents/accidents to determine root causes and propose corrective and preventive measures to prevent similar incidents/accidents
  • Work closely with management to create a culture of safety within the organization. Provide insights, data, and recommendation to drive strategic decisions that priorities safety
  • Provide advice and consultation to other departments to assist them in maintaining a safe working environment in compliance with safety regulations, standards and practices
  • Review engineering designs for compliance with company and industry safety standards
  • Promoting a culture of safety by fostering awareness, communication, and participation in safety initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above with Environment science or Safety Science环境或安全科学相关专业本科及以上
  • Over 5 years EHS related work experiences in multinational companies.五年以上跨国企业EHS相关工作经验
  • High safety consciousness and abundant safety experience具有较高的安全意识和比较丰富的安全经验
