Join TUI Group's Security, Health and Safety directorate as a Health, Safety and Security Auditor and make a significant impact on our hotel operations across a defined region. Play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of TUI's hotel portfolio and our franchise partners. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining our high standards and fostering a culture of safety across our operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct in-person safety and security audits across TUI Hotels & Resorts and franchise partners in your defined region
  • Support new build developments and refurbishments, ensuring adherence to TUI Standards
  • Provide comprehensive written reports for hoteliers and senior leadership teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement practical and proportionate control measures
  • Develop and deliver training programs to hotel teams
  • Conduct incident investigations and provide risk mitigation recommendations

Requirements:

  • Formal qualification(s) in safety/security risk management with an understanding of ISO31000
  • Extensive knowledge of hotel operations and the travel/tourism industry
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Willingness to travel extensively, both nationally and internationally
  • Valid driving license in your country of residence

Nice to have:
