Job Responsibility:
Provide specialist advice to managers and staff to support safe working practices
Develop and implement health and safety policies and risk assessments aligned with regulations
Coordinate inspection and audit activity to identify hazards and implement corrective actions
Maintain governance records and ensure compliance documentation is accurate
Assist with incident reporting and investigation processes to help prevent recurrence
Requirements:
A NEBOSH or IOSH-accredited Health and Safety qualification
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to analyse risks and recommend practical control measures
Experience in conducting safety audits and compliance assessments
A self-motivated approach and a commitment to promoting safe practices
