Job Responsibility:
Carry out site audits and inspections to ensure safety compliance
Support managers and site teams with practical H&S advice
Lead or support investigations into incidents and near misses
Review and prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
Deliver Toolbox Talks, bulletins, and safety briefings
Promote a proactive and positive health & safety culture
Engage with subcontractors, clients and stakeholders on H&S matters
Maintain accurate records in line with legislative requirements
Requirements:
NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)
Solid knowledge of UK H&S legislation
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
Full UK driving licence
Confidence working with site teams and senior management
Nice to have:
Construction or infrastructure industry experience
