Job Responsibility

  • Carry out site audits and inspections to ensure safety compliance
  • Support managers and site teams with practical H&S advice
  • Lead or support investigations into incidents and near misses
  • Review and prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Deliver Toolbox Talks, bulletins, and safety briefings
  • Promote a proactive and positive health & safety culture
  • Engage with subcontractors, clients and stakeholders on H&S matters
  • Maintain accurate records in line with legislative requirements

Requirements

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)
  • Solid knowledge of UK H&S legislation
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Confidence working with site teams and senior management

Nice to have

  • Construction or infrastructure industry experience
  • Audit or report writing skills
  • Flexible, self-motivated and organised
