Health Plan Client Support Specialist

• Professionally manage high volume of correspondence including phone calls, emails, and SalesForce cases
• Resolve member issues and concerns promptly and accurately
• Work collaboratively with internal/external business partners to provide solutions
• Enter data into SalesForce daily
• Meet Salesforce performance goals
• Self-audit all communications and work completed
• Evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements
• Promote positive team environment

• 3+ years of experience in a complex, high-impact customer interfacing role
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in pharmacy outreach campaigns and taking incoming client calls
• Ability to utilize resources such as company tools, databases, and/or references
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, OneNote, Client Support work instructions, PeopleSafe, RxClaim, and the Source
• Must be in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone
