As a Health Improvement Lifestyle Officer, you will support Brio's mission to improve community health and wellbeing in alignment with Cheshire West and Chester Council’s 'Play Your Part Towards a Stronger Future' Plan. Through our Integrated Wellbeing programme, you will empower individuals to make positive changes, reduce health inequalities, and enhance their quality of life. You will play a vital role in delivering Brio’s Tier 2 Adult Weight Management Programme in alignment with our Integrated Wellbeing service objectives. You will provide compassionate, person-centred support to individuals seeking to manage their weight through evidence-based interventions. The role involves programme delivery, client engagement, and fostering healthy lifestyle changes that improve overall wellbeing. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary lifestyle team and provide expert nutrition advice and delivery, underpinned by a solid knowledge of the principles of nutrition, behaviour change and physical activity in line with NICE guidelines.
