Internship - Health Equity Analyst and Communication Officer - March/April 2026. Within the AXA EssentiALL department, you will be part of the Health Equity 4 All team. One of the core areas of focus is to improve our health solutions that combine low-ticket health insurance with digital health services. As such, we protect modest-income vulnerable communities against catastrophic health expenses, as well as improve their health-seeking behaviors to make sure they access primary care at the right time and get good quality diagnosis to manage their specific health conditions. The end goal is to contribute to equitable access to healthcare and improve health outcomes for the modest-income segment.
Job Responsibility:
PMO for Health Equity 4 ALL projects
Prepare Health Equity 4 ALL project meetings, coordinate stakeholders’ contributions, summarize insights, update planning and disseminate actions
Health equity solutions
Perform desk research and monitor key trends across countries (public health, disease burden, health financing and equity, healthcare systems…)
Support the deployment of new health solutions working closely with our Chief Medical Advisor to secure clinical pathways and patient safety governance
Health equity analytics
Support AXA EssentiALL product manager and local actuarial teams to retrieve and structure health data from open sources, partners, claims history, etc.
Perform health analyses in specific countries to enable the set-up of new health insurance programs (e.g., disease burden, health costs, incidence)
Project and content management
Support the team communications (external & internal) through editorial planning & content production (thought leadership articles, customer video testimonials, scripts, etc.) based on the team’s expertise
Animate the AXA EssentiALL LinkedIn page
Accompany the team in organizing community events & transversal projects
Consolidate documentation & organize knowledge-management e.g., team minutes
Support content production for training initiatives
Requirements:
First or last year of Master’s degree with major in Health or related field
Convention de stage for final year or gap year
Analytical skills with strong planning ability and attention to detail
Passion for health equity, track record on health insurance or health services, especially in developing countries
Experience in identifying and implementing innovative approaches to address business problems and solutions
Capacity to consolidate and summarize quantitative data from varied sources
Proficient written and oral English mandatory

Communication savvy with experience managing social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
Motivated by an international and dynamic environment

Able to work in a team, interact with different stakeholders and work on several projects in parallel
