Job Description:

SRG are partnering exclusively with a leading pharmaceutical company who currently require an experienced Health Economics Modeller to come and join them on a temporary basis. This assignment is expected to span an initial 12 months and allows a lot of flexibility to work remotely. Within this role, the successful candidate will provide the global Value Analytics team with Excel-based economic modelling support and you will have the opportunity to work on projects in different therapy areas and in different phases of development (from early pricing models to submission models).

Job Responsibility:

  • Build new, modify existing, or review Health Economic (HE) deliverables (cost-utility, budget impact, and other HE tools) for use in HTA submissions globally
  • Act as a primary point of contact for guidance, advice, and support on HE deliverables
  • Conduct quantitative health economics analyses (cost-utility, budget impact) to inform HTA and pricing strategies from early on in asset development working with partners across the Global Market Access & Pricing team
  • Build tools and help establish standards to improve efficiencies within the global HTA team

Requirements:

  • MSc or MPhil (required) or PhD (preferred) in Health Economics, Econometrics or any other related field
  • Expert knowledge and experience in economic modelling and budget impact analysis
  • Hands-on knowledge of EXCEL for the development of economic models and/or BIMs including VBA
  • ITC experience (Indirect Treatment Comparisons) - also show ability to develop these from scratch
  • Ability to be proactive and motivated under a high-pressure environment
  • Experience/ability to work in a global matrix environment and operate cross-functionally as needed
  • Ability to work independently and take full accountability over projects
  • Strong communication skills
