Job Responsibility

  • Contribute to the development of health economic models that evaluate the cost-effectiveness of health technologies for global reimbursement applications
  • Perform data analysis
  • Assist in model building
  • Support senior team members in project execution
  • Provide high quality, timely, scientific/strategic solutions to meet client needs
  • Work on existing Health Economics models and start with country adaptations
  • Check health economic models, using appropriate software tools, to elucidate and express the economic value of clients' products
  • Systematically search for health economic models published in the scientific literature as well from Health Technology Assessment (HTA) bodies

Requirements

  • 2+ yrs of experience of programming and software such as VBA, SAS, R is an advantage
  • Training and/or experience in health economics and/or outcomes would be an advantage
  • Experience in a relevant role would be advantageous
  • Master's degree or equivalent in either life science or a quantitative discipline, such as health economics, economics, mathematics or statistics
  • Strong computing skills (MS Office)
  • Excel knowledge at high level including writing of macros and VBA
  • High analytical ability
  • A high degree of written accuracy and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both oral and in writing, especially in the relaying of technical information
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm, ambition and flexibility
  • Fluent English, another European language will be an asset
  • Keen interest in medical research, provision of healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry
