Job Description:

Join Our Team as a Registered Dietitian – Empower Health Through Nutrition! We're seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Dietitian to play a vital role in improving health outcomes for diverse patient populations. In this role, you'll blend clinical expertise with compassionate coaching to develop personalized nutrition plans, deliver impactful education, and support clients in achieving their health goals.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze behavioral health records to create tailored nutrition plans
Provide one-on-one coaching and group education to promote sustainable lifestyle changes
Monitor food intake and assess dietary quality to ensure optimal nutrition
Collaborate with internal teams to align care strategies and share insights on health trends
Support patients with chronic conditions like diabetes through evidence-based interventions

Requirements:

Registered Dietitian (CDR certified) with 3–5 years of experience
Strong background in diabetes management and lifestyle behavior change
Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES)
Skilled in EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and clinical communication
A compassionate, culturally aware professional who thrives in collaborative care settings

Nice to have:

Preference to residents in PST
