Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Support with personal care needs
Help residents take part in special interests and activities that support their health and wellbeing (arts and crafts, watching football, drama, musical evenings, gardening, shopping trips, social occasions)
Work collaboratively with Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Enablement workers, and NHS professionals to achieve resident outcomes

Requirements:

No formal qualifications required
Must share and demonstrate company values (Humility, Accountability, Achievement, Passion, Integrity)
Must pass an Enhanced DBS check in relation to Children and Adults
